Kunafa Bracelets with Pistachio

Ingredients:
1 pack of Jumbo Dry Kunafa Bracelets (for chefs)

 

Ghee or butter

 

Syrup or honey (as desired)

 

Various fillings (Lotus sauce – Pistachio – Whipped cream)

 

Preparation Method:
  1. Arrange the dry kunafa bracelets on a baking tray.
  2. Drizzle an appropriate amount of ghee or butter over them.
  3. Bake in a moderately heated oven until they turn golden brown.
  4. Once out of the oven, pour cold syrup or honey over them as desired.
  5. Fill each piece with the chosen filling (Lotus sauce – Pistachio – Whipped cream).
  6. Garnish as desired and serve.
