Kunafa Cups with Nutella

Ingredients:
Basma Kunafa from Candy (5 kg) – for chefs
Ghee or butter
Nutella chocolate (or any spreadable chocolate)
 
Preparation Method:
  1. Mix the basma kunafa well with ghee or butter until fully coated.
  2. Distribute the kunafa mixture into cupcake molds, pressing lightly to shape.
  3. Bake in a medium-temperature oven until golden and crispy.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  5. Fill each kunafa cup with a suitable amount of Nutella.
  6. Serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of crushed pistachios or hazelnuts.
