Kunafa Burma with Pistachio and Cream

Ingredients:
1 pack of Kunafa dough for Burma (5 kg)

 

Ghee

 

Honey or syrup (as desired)

 

Crushed pistachios

 

Cream

 

Preparation method:

  1. Arrange the strands of Kunafa dough in a suitable baking tray.

  2. Spread a layer of crushed pistachios over the Kunafa.

  3. Add a layer of cream, then sprinkle more pistachios on top.

  4. Seal the edges well to hold the filling in place and cover it completely.

  5. Brush the surface with ghee.

  6. Bake in the oven until golden and crisp.

  7. After baking, drizzle with honey or syrup as desired and serve warm.
