How to prepare Dubai Chocolate

Ingredients:
1 pack of roasted kunafa (5 kg) — for chefs

 

Chocolate

 

White chocolate

 

Pistachio sauce

 

Chocolate sauce

 

Preparation method:
  1. Mix a portion of the roasted kunafa with pistachio sauce until well combined.
  2. Mix another portion of the roasted kunafa with chocolate sauce until well blended.
  3. Melt both the chocolate and white chocolate in a double boiler until smooth and liquid.
  4. In chocolate molds:
    • Pour a layer of regular chocolate into some molds, and a layer of white chocolate into others.
    • On top of the regular chocolate layer, add the roasted kunafa mixed with pistachio sauce, then cover it with another layer of chocolate.
    • On top of the white chocolate layer, add the roasted kunafa mixed with chocolate sauce, then cover it with another layer of white chocolate.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer until fully set.
  6. Carefully remove them from the molds and serve chilled.
