Amounts:
Half a kilo of konafa
200 grams of ghee
Chocolate (see ingredients in our chocolate recipe)
2 cups honey (see ingredients in our recipe for honey)
How to prepare:
1- Put the kunafa in a food processor and run it until it breaks down and becomes short threads , then mix it with the ghee.
2- Take a circular tray and distribute half the amount of kunafa in it evenly and press it lightly.
3- Spread the chocolate well, then put the rest of the amount of kunafa and distribute it well, pressing it gently.
4- Put it in the oven, and as soon as it turns golden brown, take it out of the oven and water it with honey, then let it cool a little before serving .
