Konafa with ice cream

Ingredients:
Half a kilo of konafa
1 cup honey (see ingredients in our recipe for honey)
Cup water
1 cup whipped cream (see ingredients in our recipe for cream)
2 cups of vanilla ice cream
200 grams ghee

How to prepare:
• Put the kunafa in a food processor and run it until it breaks down and becomes somewhat short threads.
• Fry it in a frying pan on the fire with the ghee and stir well until it becomes golden in color . Filter it well from the excess fat .
• Put half of it in a bowl and distribute a portion of honey on top of it as desired .
• Then we distribute the whipped cream and scoops of ice cream.
• Then we put on top of the ice cream the other part of the kunafa.
• Then we put the last layer of ice cream bowls, nuts and whipped cream and serve immediately or put in the freezer until serving .
