A Sour Konafa with Caramel Sauce

Ingredients:
Half a kilo of konafa
1 cup of caramel sauce (see ingredients in our recipe for caramel sauce)
200 grams of ghee
1 cup of honey (see ingredients in our recipe for honey)

How to prepare:
1. a circular motion so that it becomes like the picture and grease it lightly with ghee , then put it in a tray greased with ghee.
2. Cover the tray and leave it at room temperature for an hour to an hour and a half.
3. Put the tray in the oven at 180° C until it turns red and the kunafa turns golden.
4. Place the nests in another tray and spread the honey over it.
5. Put the caramel sauce in the candy decorating cones and distribute it inside the golden konafa nests, then transfer to a serving plate and serve cold.
