kunafa fingers

Ingredients:
1 kilo konafa
300 grams ghee
2 A cup of honey (see ingredients in our recipe for honey)


Preparation method :
- We extend the kunafa dough longitudinally, and with a brush we brush it lightly with ghee so that it is easy to roll (the kunafa dough can be spread over the entire tray and then rolled and cut or one package of kunafa can be used and placed in the tray so that each piece is approximately 10 cm long).
-We start by rolling it in the form of a roll, and if there are some excesses of dough on the edges, we cut it to become equal.
-We grease it again with ghee, and put it in the oven at 180 ° C Until it becomes golden brown .
-We take it out of the oven and pour honey on it, then it is cut into small fingers and then decorated with pistachios (as desired).
