fillo with Cream and Pistachio

Ingredients:
Candy fillo sheets roll 5 kg (for chefs)

Ghee

Honey or syrup (as desired)

Cream for filling

Crushed pistachios for garnish

 

Preparation Method:
  1. Grease a suitable baking tray with ghee.
  2. Arrange the fillo sheets layer by layer in an appropriate amount.
  3. Add some ghee, then spread the cream filling, making sure to seal the edges well.
  4. Continue layering the remaining fillo sheets one by one.
  5. Add a suitable amount of ghee on top, then cut the fillo as desired.
  6. Bake in a moderately heated oven until it reaches a golden color.
  7. Remove from the oven and pour honey or syrup over it.
  8. Garnish with crushed pistachios and serve.
